I am an amateur underwater photographer, most of my photos were taken in Anilao Philippines since it’s close to my home town Hong Kong. I got marry with my korean wife and have a half years old son, hope to go camping with my family in Korea after the lock down.

나는 아마추어 수중사진작가입니다. 대부분의 나의 사진들은 고향인 홍콩과 가까워서 필리핀 아닐라오에서 찍은 것들입니다. 나는 결혼한 한국인 아내와 6개월 된 아들이 있는데, 봉쇄가 풀린 후에 한국에서 가족과 함께 캠핑을 가고 싶습니다.

My underwater photography gear: many people asking what camera did I use or which brand is good. But the most important is not the camera, tg5, mirrorless, dslr are doing similar job. Just the compact camera is more difficult to capture the fast moving subject because of its focusing (it means small camera need more skill in ridiculous). The most important gear in underwater photography is torches, normally I bring a small bags with 4-5 torches included (wide beam, narrow beam) with multiple colour filter/gel and snoot when taking photos. Just imagine painter also need different paint brushes and paint for painting, photographer also need different light source to paint the photo with light.

내 수중사진장비 : 많은 사람들이 내가 어떤 카메라를 사용하고 있는지, 어떤 브랜드가 좋은지 묻습니다. 그러나 가장 중요한 것은 카메라가 아니라 TG5, Mirrorless, DSLR은 전부 비슷한 기능을 하고 있다는 것입니다. 컴팩트 카메라는 빠르게 움직이는 피사체를 초점을 맞추기가 더 어렵습니다(작은 카메라는 더 많은 기술이 필요하다는 의미입니다). 수중사진 촬영에서 가장 중요한 장비는 토치입니다. 일반적으로 나는 사진을 촬영을 갈 때 멀티 컬러 필터/젤과 스누트가 있는 4~5개의 토치(넓은 빔, 좁은 빔)가 포함된 작은 가방을 가져갑니다. 화가도 그림을 위해 다양한 페인트 브러시와 페인트가 필요하다고 생각됩니다. 사진작가는 사진을 빛으로 칠하기 때문에 다양한 광원이 필요합니다.
